Culinary Dropout is hosting an Easter brunch for people who don’t do brunch. We promise, there’s going to be nothing basic about it.
Enjoy our offerings of grilled asparagus toast topped with smoked ham, crispy potato, sunny side up eggs and a black truffle emulsion. We’re also serving a pork belly hash with chilli verde, red onion and cotija.
If that’s not up your alley (although we don’t know why it wouldn’t be) you can sample some of our crowd-favorite menu items instead. While the soft pretzels and provolone fondue are great for sharing – we can guarantee that you’ll be licking your fingers after trying our honey drizzled fried chicken served with a buttermilk biscuit.
Complete your meal with one of our specialty cocktails: Bacon Bloody Mary with bacon-infused vodka, or the After School Special, a two-handed shandy with raspberry tea infused tequila, ginger agave and beer. It’ll really get you to rise and shine.
Like we said, basic isn’t part of our menu.
