Faces of FRC: Dani Bailey, General Manager of Flower Child Santa Monica

Dani Bailey, GM of Flower Child Santa Monica, has been with Fox Restaurant Concepts for six years. She began working as a host at Blanco Tacos & Tequila in Tucson when she was just 16 and continued within the Fox family at Zinburger, Blanco Scottsdale, True Food Kitchen, North Italia and eventually moved to Santa Monica to open Flower Child. Originally interested in pursuing a career in fashion, Dani found that working in restaurants provided both a creative outlet and a direct connection to people that she fell in love with. She’s the ultimate embodiment of what it means to be a Flower Child and what it means to be part of a Creative. Culinary. Community.
