Mat Snapp, our beloved Beverage Director, shows us how to make The Henry crowd-favorite Wake the Angels.

1 ounce of Yuzu sour – grapefruit juice, essence of yuzu and simple syrup
Splash of fresh squeezed lime juice
1.5 of Hendricks Gin
Sparkling wine to top
Dried rose petals to garnish

Combine the yuzu sour, lime juice and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with dried rose petals.
