He’s been with FRC through thick and thin, fully committing his life’s work and passion to creating simple, yet delicious food every day. When he needs an escape from the intensity of work he goes fishing, just him and the river. Self-driven and hard working, TJ values the collaborative effort of the North Italia team and thinks of his job as quality time shared with each guest who watches him create their next amazing meal.
