To our valued guests,
“Great Hospitality, Every Time,” has always been at the heart of this company, and during this COVID public health crisis, we have had to redefine “hospitality.” That has meant serving you in new ways, whether that was through our online ordering platform, curbside pick-up, contact-free delivery or our weekly and daily family packs. I want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty as we navigate this new landscape.
I’d like to share how we are opening our restaurants with the safety of our guests and employees in mind. We are taking the approach of “slow and safe” to ensure we have thought of every detail when it comes to reopening. Please trust, we won’t do anything without an abundance of caution. We want to bring you the dining experience you know and love from Fox Restaurant Concepts with plenty of peace of mind.
As we reopen our dining rooms for limited capacity, we have taken the time to implement new operational standards to keep our guests and team members safe and healthy. Some of the measures we have taken are:
- modification of our dining rooms for social distancing and seating limitations,
- adding new operational standards to comply with and exceed state and federal guidelines for safety and sanitation,
- rolling out new technology that will provide a “lower contact” experience for all,
- daily wellness checks for our teams as well as requiring all employees wear their masks
We are excited to welcome you back. In order to prepare the safest dining experience for you and our employees, we ask that you make a reservation; this will help us create space throughout the day. Please note, not all of our restaurants will open for dine-in at once. Below you will find a list of our current open dining rooms. We know that everyone will have a different level of comfort about being in shared spaces. That is okay and right. We will continue to offer online ordering, with pick-up, curbside pick-up, and contact-free delivery options.
We are constantly considering how to best support our guests and our employees as we reopen. Things will keep changing, and so may our standards and precautions. One thing that won’t change? We sincerely look forward to serving you soon, however we can.
