ANNOUNCEMENT...
We are very happy to announce that Chloe’s Corner at Kierland Commons has been sold to General Manager and former employee Ashly Young. Open for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner, the restaurant will continue to offer classic American comfort foods, such as Grilled Cheese, Hot Roast Beef Sandwich, Homemade Soup, Chopped Salad, breakfast sandwiches and it’s wildly popular 50 cent cup of coffee. Additionally, the expansive grab n’ go case still provides a quick option for those wishing to take a Chloe’s Corner meal or snack to go.

Ashly is one of many employees who have worked their way up in the Fox Restaurant Concepts ranks throughout the years. Having spent nearly five years under Sam’s mentoring, first spearheading the full-service bakery within Olive & Ivy during its initial launch, Ashly is an accomplished chef.

“Ashly has been a star employee who really took Chloe’s Corner under her wing and made it her own,” says Sam. “She is the first employee to purchase one of our concepts and I know for a fact that the restaurant will be in good hands.”

Fox Restaurant Concepts will continue to honor its gift cards, valued at all of the restaurants under the FRC umbrella, at Chloe’s Corner through March 31, 2010.

The restaurant is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
